Ingredients for Pasta Greek stew with onion

½rodCinnamon
½kgPearl onions
1canPeeled drained tomatoes (240 gr)
1tbspChopped fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons. dried
1Bay leaf
dlRed wine
tbspSugar
2Onion into cubes (200 g)
tbspRed wine vinegar
3/4kgShoulder of lamb into large cubes

Instructions for Pasta Greek stew with onion

To prepare the Pasta Greek stew with onion recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the sugar for low heat in a large frying pan. - Do not touch it.

Add vinegar when the sugar is melted to caramel. Let it boil a little so the caramel dissolves in the vinegar. Add red wine, cinnamon, rosemary and peeled drained tomatoes.

Season the meat with salt and pepper and put it in the sauce together with onion onions. Let the meat boil mildly for low heat approx. 45 min.
