Ingredients for Paratha II
0.5 | tsp | Salt |
1.25 | dl | Hot water |
350 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | tbsp | Ghee melted |
4 | tbsp | Oil |
Instructions for Paratha II
To prepare the Paratha II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour and salt are sifted together. Rub the oil into the flour.
Add the water slowly until a soft dough can be kneaded. It is kneaded approx. 10 minutes until it no longer sticks.
The dough is divided into 16 bowls, which are flattened on the light meal table and rolled to circles of approx. 20 cm.
They brush with a little ghee and fold into semi-circles, brush again and fold to a triangle that rolls thinly on a floured table.
A frying pan is heated for even heat. Step a rolled triangle 1 minute on each side until it gets brown spots. Set aside. Step the other triangles in the same way
Come ghee on the forehead and step the paratrous roots one by one for 1-2 minutes. Flip once. (Keep the already baked bread warm in aluminum oil while the others are cooked).
