Ingredients for Paprika pot

1 | tsp | Corn flour |
1 | tbsp | Paprika |
1 | small | Pepper fruit |
1 | dl | Skimmed milk |
100 | g | Green beans |
2-3 | dl | Water |
250 | g | Lean beef |
Instructions for Paprika pot
To prepare the Paprika pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the meat and onion into cubes and Brown in a pan-possibly this. with a bit of oil.
Add the tomato purée, paprika, salt, pepper and water, and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
While the meat is boiling, cut into cubes and peberfrugten the beans into smaller pieces. This is added after the 30 minutes and it all boils further ca. 15 minutes.
Maizenaen pipes up with milk. After finishing the cooking time, add this-a little at a time and stirring. boil up until it is the correct jævning-after taste.
Serve with cooked rice, salad and bread.
Tips:
Lean beef can be used as shoulder, Chuck steak, beefsteak, pork or clump.
