Instructions for Pancakes with orange
To prepare the Pancakes with orange recipe, please follow these instructions:
Halve the vanilla rod and hard vanilien. Squeeze the juice out of the oranges. Flour-Sugar-Salt and Oatmeal stirred together with beer-milk and orange juice. Add "ONLY" the egg yolks (save the white) and oil, whisk for about 1 min. Let the dough rest for about 30 min. Whip whites until stiff and turn them into the dough. Behind the pancakes in butter, the finished pancakes served with jam, sugar and oatmeal ice cream.
Tips:
There will be about 15 pancakes, depending on how big a forehead that is being used.
