Ingredients for Pancakes with bærtopping.
1 | nip | Salt |
1.5 | dl | Natural yogurt |
2 | dl | Wheat flour |
25 | g | Butter for baking |
4 | Egg split in plum and white | |
4 | tbsp | Sugar |
400 | g | Fresh or frozen mixed berries thawed-eg. Raspberry blackberries and red currants |
Instructions for Pancakes with bærtopping.
To prepare the Pancakes with bærtopping. recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the egg whites to the hard foam. stir the sugar in a little at a time. Beat the egg yolks in the yoghurt. Stir in flour and salt into a smooth dough. Turn the first one-third of the egg white foam in and dereftwer the rest of it.
Melt a little butter in a large skillet. Behind the 3 pancakes at a time by pouring approximately ½ dl dough in 3 blobs on the frying pan. Bake at medium heat until the pancakes are firm and vend them. Bake until they are golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the dough. Got butter in frying pan between each baking.
Keep the pancakes warm serve with bærene.
Tips:
You can make a bærkompot on fx. blueberries, currants or gooseberries. Com 150 g fresh or frozen berries in a pan with 1 cup sugar and a nip St. cinnamon. Warm up, stir and let it simmer for about 10 min. Add 1-2 tbsp. water if more liquid is needed.
You can also buy frozen berries and then thaw ' them in a bowl with sugar and maybe a little water. to be much sugar to if bærene must be sweet.
