To prepare the Pan Glazing recipe, please follow these instructions:

Water and yeast are stirred together. The other ingredients are added and the dough is thrown through a spoon. The dough must be quite moist. Set to raise approx. 1 hour. The dough is thrown down and pushed into a greased pan (about 30 x 40 cm). Cuts through 16 squares. Repeats approx. 20 min. Bagetid: approx. 25 min at 200 degrees.
