Instructions for Palacsinta (Hungarian pancakes)
To prepare the Palacsinta (Hungarian pancakes) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make a smooth batter of flour, egg, egg yolk, milk, water, salt and sugar, and behind it as small, Fluffy pancakes, use as little as possible for frying butter. The objectives specified, should stretch to 8-10 pancakes. Fill them with one of the 2 fill, described below, roll them together, and pour the warm chocolate sauce over. If you like it, you can also pour some heated Rome over and ignite it.
Nut filling: Chop the nuts coarsely, and add sufficient clear honey and lukewarm milk, so it forms a soft supple mixture.
