The sponges are cleaned, rinsed and put on a cloth. The sponges are stiffened in butter, the juice from 1 glue is poured on and the gingerbread is finally reversed. The cream and juice of 1 lime are cooked thick and flavored with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the sponges. Glue the slices easily into butter.
Appearance: Sponge dust is placed in the middle of a hot plate. The glue discs are laid to the edge. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve toasted rye bread. Mushrooms other than oyster hats may be used.
