Instructions for Ovnpandekager with bacon
To prepare the Ovnpandekager with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fold the edge up on two large pieces of wax paper so that each piece to form a square shape (ca. 35 x 40 cm.). Spread half of the bacon in one paper and fry the bacon in the middle of the oven until it is lightly golden brown about 15 minutes at 225 degrees.
Whip while flour and 2 ½ dl of milk together-for a steady batter. Whip the rest of the milk in. Whip eggs-one at a time and eventually salted. Spread half of the pancake batter over the roasted bacon and bake pancake in the middle of the oven about 10 minutes at 225 degrees.
Drag peel off onto a wire rack and let cool a bit of pancake. Roll the warm pancake together using the tracing paper. Cut the roll into 4 pieces and serve them on slanted serving plates with lettuce and tomatoes. Server-and low while the other pancake
Tips:
Bacon can be substituted by ham in small pieces, in this case, the ham is not fried. Lingonberry jam and grated carrots are classic accessories in Sweden.
