Wheat flour
Pepper
Salt
Butter or margarine

1Lemon grated to thereof
1canPeeled tomatoes
1bundleMinced parsley
1Leek
1/4tspBasil
1/4Celery
2dlBroth (cube) or dry white wine
2Carrots
2Bay leaves
4slicesVeal shank

Instructions for Osso buko 02

To prepare the Osso buko 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut some slices in the tendon around the meat and sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.

Brown the meat on the forehead and put the pieces side by side in a large oven-proof dish or frying pan.

Season the carved vegetables and spread them over the meat.

Cook the pan with tomatoes and white wine / broth and put it in the dish.

Sprinkle spices over the dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put the dish in the oven at 170 gr. Until the meat is tender, approx. 2 hours.
