To prepare the Original pasta carbonara recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pasta boils al dente.
While the pasta is boiled cut the pancetta into small tern and pour golden in the butter together with all the garlic cloves. The white veil is taken up and discarded when it begins to turn brown.
Eggs, half of the cheese and good with pepper whipped together.
When the pasta is boiled, pour the water and paste the paste into the pan with pancetta. The saucepan is taken from the heat and after a moment the egg mixture is thoroughly mixed in when the mixture is well spread and begins to be creamy, the last part of the cheese is reversed and served immediately.
tips:
If the dish is to be made a little less religious and a little more everyday, you can use plain smoked bacon (whole) instead of pancetta, drop the pecorino and use 100 gr. Parmesan (never use the parmesan purchased).
