Instructions for Oregano buns
To prepare the Oregano buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is poured into half of the wheat flour. Mix the oregano and garlic in. All the water is poured in and the whole is thoroughly stirred together. This cover is covered with a damp cloth and stand warm until the dough begins to work (10 minutes to ½ hour depending on weather and temperature).
Egg, oil and salt are mixed in the dough and the rest of the flour is kneaded in, the dough must be soft. The dough is covered with a damp cloth, set loose and raised to double size. The dough is thrown down, kneaded through and divided into small lumps that are molded into buns.
The balls are placed for swelling, brushed with eggs and sprinkle with salt.
Bake at normal temperature for 17-20 minutes. Temperature and time depends on your own oven. Use the temperature you normally use when baking French bread, flute and the like.
