Instructions for Orange Sorbet
To prepare the Orange Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pres the oranges. Pour the juice into a mold, style it in the freezer for approx. 3 hours. Stir with space in the ice. Remember to scratch the shape pages down each time. Let the ice freeze until it gets a mushy consistency.
Whip the whites stiff, turn the flour in and turn this marrow into the porridge. Let ice freeze for another hour.
Take the ice out of the freezer, whip it through and serve immediately in a serving glass. The sorbet can also be served in the hollowed orange peel. Then fill the ice in the cold, completely empty orange peel when the mash is mixed and freeze. The sorbet can also be served in balls along with vanilla ice cream or other sorbets.
