1 | dl | Water |
100 | g | Icing sugar |
1-2 | Egg whites | |
125 | g | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
3 | Eggs | |
4 | tbsp | Cocoa |
400 | g | Pure raw marzipan |
60 | g | Potato flour |
60 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Orange smoked with marcipan
To prepare the Orange smoked with marcipan recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip sugar and egg well together. Stir the cocoa with the potato flour with baking soda. Grease the dough evenly on the butterfly bake paper about 30x40 cm. Bend the edges of the paper so that the dough retains its shape. Bake 6-8 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Turn the roulade out of sugar-sliced paper and put parchment paper bitten with cold water.
Filling:
Whip flour, egg yolk and water together. Cook for 1 minute while whipping. Let it get cold.
Stir together butter and flour and stir the grated orange peel and juice. Stir it together with the egg cream.
Remove the parchment paper on the roulade and benefit the fill over the entire bottom. Roll to a roulade.
Marzipan coating:
Eel marcipan, flour and egg white together. Roll it out to a thin plate folded over the roulade.
Decorated with marcie leaves and flowers.
