Ingredients for Orange pie-nougat

50 | g | Dark chocolate (like le noir gastronomie/extra bitter 61%) |
Instructions for Orange pie-nougat
To prepare the Orange pie-nougat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place a cup of water in a bowl of water so it covers.
Bring orange juice and sugar into a pan and let it boil.
Put egg yolks in a bowl and whip them together. Pour the hot orange juice over the egg yolks while whipping. Pour it all back into the pan and gently heat it up with constant stirring to the cream leg. Take the saucepan off the heat and remove the soaked flask, then squeeze most of the water from the water. Bring it in the hot cream and whip. Put the cream aside.
Chop nougat and chocolate and put it in a bowl of water until it is melted. Whip the cream in a bowl.
Turn the melted nougat / chocolate into the orange cream, add cream and turn it gently.
For a spring form with household film. Put a biscuit bottom in and wrap it with orange grove as desired. Pour half of the cream over the first bottom and spread it in a smooth layer. Then another bottom, wet with orange grove and finally the rest of the cream upstairs. Put the cake cool and covered until it is served.
