Ingredients for Orange hearts

Instructions for Orange hearts
To prepare the Orange hearts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the butter fluffy with 200 grams of sugar and stir vanillekorn, juice of 2 oranges and grated to be of 1 orange in. Add egg yolks one at a time and stir well for each. Stir in the cold coffee in.
Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir it into the batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff, stir a couple of spoonfuls of the dough and then the rest of the foam in with few deep roof. Fill the dough into a small buttered baking pan or large foil shape and bake the cake about 40 minutes at 175
Peel the other Orange thin and chop the yellow Peel rough or cut it into fine strips. Vapour Orange Peal in a pickle of 50 grams of sugar and 1 dl. water and let it drip.
Turn over the baked cake out and let it cool off. Cut it into slices or plug it out with a large heart shape. Cover cakes with icing of powdered sugar and raw egg whites and garnish with the steamed Orange strips.
