Instructions for Orange Chicken

To prepare the Orange Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put Kyllingefiletterne in a heat-proof platter. Chop the peppers and then the sundried tomatoes into cubes and sprinkle them over the chicken.
Sausen: squeeze the juice out of the oranges and then came the juice into a small saucepan. Add the cream, cremefraicen, a little salt and pepper and oregano. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 min.
Pour over chicken and sausen eventually chopped grøtsager. Set the dish in the oven for 1 hour.

Serve with rice and fresh pasta, or rice.
