Instructions for Onion tart with bacon
To prepare the Onion tart with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the warm milk and add the butter. Stir the rest in and knead the dough. Must raise under a damp cloth 1 – 1 ½ hour.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle approximately 23x33 cm. make a small edge all the way around. Raises under damp towel while filling is prepared.
The bacon is cut out and small fry. The onions cut into thin slices and FRY in bacon fat, if necessary. more fat.
Beat the egg yolks, sour cream and spices together, turn a stiftpisket egg white in.
Advantage the bacon at dejbunden, above the onions and pour egg mixture over eventually. Bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for 45 minutes.
Served warm.
