Pepper
1tspMargarine for frying
1tbspSoy sauce
150gCherry tomatoes
2Eggs
200gMixed mushrooms (you can make do with only mushroom)
3tbspWater

Instructions for Omelette with mushrooms

To prepare the Omelette with mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:

Half cherry tomatoes and mushrooms cut into a little smaller pieces on a soap pan soaked with fresh thyme for about 5 minutes. Spice with pepper.

The egg yolks are whipped with 3 tablespoons of water. Whites whip stiff in another bowl. The egg whites are turned into the egg yolks.

Bowl the margarine on a pan and heat it to medium heat. Eggs poured on. Step for approx. 5 minutes until the mass has settled. The omelet does not have to be reversed.

Slide the omelette onto a plate, put the mushroom on one half and gold the other half of the omelet over.
