Instructions for Old-fashioned roast beef steak
To prepare the Old-fashioned roast beef steak recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the meat in a pot in the margarine and sprinkle with salt and pepper. The onions are cut into quarters, added and browned a little. Water is poured and the meat is low for approx. 2-3 hours until it's tender. Add extra water as needed, the pot should not boil dry.
The meat is taken up and the sauce is leveled with Maizena.
Served with sour and mixed vegetables.
