Instructions for Old-fashioned griddle
To prepare the Old-fashioned griddle recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chicken is cleaned and sprinkled with salt inside. The parsley is put into the chicken. (Close with a pinch or tie the legs together with a string)
Rub the chicken with salt and brown it, in a large pot, on all sides. Turn the breast side down and pour water at the chicken. Till it reaches half the chicken. Now let the chicken simmer for approx. 1-2 hours. (Make sure there is moisture throughout the cooking process.)
Once the chicken is finished, it is taken out of the wrap and allowed to pull.
The wheat is said and the sauce is made of it. Melt a little margarine in a saucepan, add some flour and then add the liquid to the sauce for a while. Add 1 teaspoon. Sugar and color. Taste and add a little more salt.
serving:
Boiled potatoes and cucumber salad are served.
