To prepare the Oksetykkamsteg recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the roast on all sides in a pan and Add pepper, salt, paprika and 2-3 dl. water. Put a lid on the Pan, reduce the heat and let the roast Cook further in 1 – 1 ½ hour.
