2 tablespoons. Oil is heated in the wok, garlic and chilli sauce swirled. The meat is added and flashed 2-3 minutes. The meat is taken up and 1 tbsp. Oil is heated. Vegetables are added and lighted 6-7 minutes. The meat is brought in and corn starch stirred with broth added. Heat for 1-2 minutes and serve with boiled rice.
