0.25 | package | Yeast |
1 | l | Lukewarm water |
2 | tbsp | Honey |
2 | tbsp | Salt |
550 | g | Oatmeal |
550 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Oatmealballs 05
To prepare the Oatmealballs 05 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yeast, honey and salt dissolve in the water. Oatmeal is stirred in and then the wheat flour is stirred in (important that oatmeal comes first).
The dough is stirred for a couple of minutes, possibly with electric whip and covered, for example, with stanniol, for raising in the refrigerator for approx. 8 hours (possibly overnight)
Spoon the spheres with spoon, place on the baking sheet and put it in the bottom of a cold oven. Bake about 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
