Instructions for Oatmeal cakes with goat
To prepare the Oatmeal cakes with goat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, salt and oatmeal. Whip the egg into a bowl with dough, milk and melted margarine. Stir flour, salt and oatmeal in. Leave the dough for 30 minutes or - if it is more convenient - cover and let it stand overnight and whip again before using the dough. A slip-light pan is heated (lubricate with a little oil if necessary). When the forehead is warm, you pour exactly so much dough into it that the bottom is covered with a thin layer. Vip the pan so that the dough spread evenly and back until it bubbles. Turn the pancake and the other side until it is golden brown. Place the pancake on a heated plate and keep it warm while baking the rest.
Can be served with maple syrup, fresh fruit or fruit compote. The pancakes can also be lubricated with butter.
