Instructions for Nutcracker with strawberries
To prepare the Nutcracker with strawberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar are whipped to an airy mass. Then add flour, baking soda and finally turn the nuts gently. Bake in the middle of the oven in a spring form at 180 degrees for approx. 15 minutes.
The orange slices where the white meat and kernels are removed are laid on the nuts. Half a liter of cream whipped to foam and put on a spoon on the bottom. The strawberries are halved and put on top of the whipped cream and then decorated with almonds and lemon balm.
