To prepare the Nut cake (100 PCs.) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Knead all the ingredients together into a uniform dough. The fat must not be softened but have its normal texture.
The dough is divided into two equal pieces that rolled out the sausages for about 4 cm's thickness, after which they are put to cool, preferably in the fridge, so they are easy to cut. Of each sausage cut about 50 pieces, place on a greased and floured sheet with good spacing, because the cakes during baking flowing a bit out.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C in the Middle slot ca. 10 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
