Ingredients for Nougat Horn
½ | Eggs | |
1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
100 | g | Soft nougat |
2½ | dl | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Soft butter |
75 | g | Good feel the chocolate |
Instructions for Nougat Horn
To prepare the Nougat Horn recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir nougat and butter evenly in a bowl. Then stir the half egg together with vanilla sugar. Put the spoon on, fling the flour and knead the dough with your hands. Now the dough is so soft that it is in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Roll the dough into long thin sausages and cut them for approx. 6 cm. Long pieces. Form them to the horns and behind them lightly brittle for 8-10 minutes in the middle of the oven at 200º. Cool the horns on a grate.
Bring the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a bowl over warm water bath or in ½ min. In the microwave. The deep horns end up in chocolate and let them dry on a piece of baking paper.
