Ingredients for Nougat cake

Chopped nut kernels
Candied violets
Whipped cream
Silver bullets
100gHazelnut kernels
2Egg yolks
250gNougat
4-6Alm. bottoms

Instructions for Nougat cake

To prepare the Nougat cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Splashes possibly. bottoms with cacaolikør.

Inserts nougaten into pieces and melt it in a water bath and stir it cool with the egg yolks.
Whip the cream and mix it gently with the cooled nougat.

Hazel Nuts roasted lightly in the oven and then chopped.
