To prepare the New potatoes with pangrattato recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook well, fine potatoes with garbage until they are barely tender, so the crumbs are ready.
Tear the bread well, but not as rasp, in food processor or blender. Shake the bread slowly in olive oil in a sturdy, deep, cured pan. When they start to get crisp, add the chopped chopped into fine slices and parsley.
It's fertile when it's all scented and crispy. It takes its time. Season with salt and pepper and pour over hot potatoes.
