1.25dlPlain yogurt
1.5tspSalt
25gYeast
5tbspMelted butter
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Naan bread

To prepare the Naan bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Spread the yeast into 5 tablespoons of hand heated water and add the sugar. Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Yeast mixture with egg and yogurt mixed with flour. Add another 5 tablespoons of lukewarm water and stir it all together. Finally add butter and dough thoroughly.
Raising: 1 hour.

Divide the 8-piece dough into balls that are pressed flat. They adhere to 15 min.

Just before baking the bread, brush them with melted butter

Baking: 10-12 minutes at 230 degrees C. alm. oven.
