Instructions for Nøderknækbrød

To prepare the Nøderknækbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:

Nuts, almonds and cranberries are blended or chopped very very nicely. Combine hake grains, coconut flour, flour, vanilla sugar and baking soda. Mix water and oil into a uniform dough. The dough is divided into 2 equal lumps. The dough is rolled out between 2 pieces of baking paper and cut into suitable pieces before baking. It is easy to use a pizzakniv to cut them out. When the dough is rolled out, it is almost equally thick all over, pulling out the top piece of baking paper and rolling out the next plate.

The baking bread is baked approx. 20-22 min. At 175 degrees (hot air).
