Ingredients for Nøddeis with melon

Instructions for Nøddeis with melon
To prepare the Nøddeis with melon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and dry nut seeds and chop them between fine. Melt 1 cup sugar in a pan and stir in the chopped nuts mixed with baking soda in. Pour nut mass on wax paper or a baking sheet, cool it completely and hug the mass with rolling pin or crack it into pieces with your fingers.
Whip the eggs with ½ dl sugar. Mash a piece of peeled melon seedless with hand blender or rub it through a sieve to approx. 1 dl. Melonmos mix, milk and honey in a saucepan, boil up and pour approx. half of the eggs, stir well and pour it all back into the box. Whip over smooth, not too strong heat to the cream is smooth, but not let it boil vigorously. Style it to cool.
Whip the cream stiff and turn it in the cream together with most nuts. Freeze the cream 4-5 hours and stir it through several times while it is half frozen. Cut the rest of the melon in the pulp. Take the ice up in balls with isske and put them in a cold bowl of melon snitterne. Sprinkle the ice cream with the rest of the nuts.
