Ingredients for Nøddefranskbrød

350 | g | Butter |

Instructions for Nøddefranskbrød
To prepare the Nøddefranskbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is lunched, and the yeast dissolves, which must not be heated. Add the other ingredients and knead the dough until it is uniform. Raises for approx. 15 min a hot spot - covered.
The dough is divided into three pieces that are shaped for French bread and put in French bread. Raises again approx. 45 min in a warm place - covered.
Before the bread is put in the oven, sprinkle with egg white and sprinkle with sugar and nuts (remember the nuts first). Bake on the bottom of the oven at 200-220 degrees approx. 30 min.
Suitable for deep freezing, remember to freeze the bread while it is hand-held.
