To prepare the Nøddecocktailkager recipe, please follow these instructions:
Nut kernels are chopped roughly and shaken lightly in a saucepan. The fat is added and melted with fast heat. The sugar is stirred in and then the flour (as for baking). The saucepan is taken from the fire and cooled a little before the eggs are added one at a time. Finally add cocktail berries and the cracked orange peel. Put the dough into small molds, put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees. The cakes are suitable for freezing.
