Instructions for My seamen's steak
To prepare the My seamen's steak recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pil the onions and cut them into slices. Stir them golden in a little butter on the forehead and pick them up. Then brown the meat and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Cut the peeled potatoes into slices or terns and lay them with meat and onions in a saucepan. Sprinkle salt and pepper between the layers, pour broth over and with a fork it helps down to the bottom so that the liquid can be easily detected. Add the bay leaves.
Let the dish roast with low heat to meat and potatoes are tender. 1-1½ hours.
Served with beetroot and coarse rye bread
