To prepare the Mustard Tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the tendons and barriers of the tenderloin. Brown it golden in margarine in a saucepan. Sprinkle salt and pepper over. Add broth and mustard and let the dish fry at low heat approx. 15 minutes. Pour whipped cream and continue for 5 minutes. Take the bread and cut it into suitable pieces and put them in a dish. Taste the sauce and pour it over the meat.

Serve with loose rice.
