Instructions for Musliboller
To prepare the Musliboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast break up out of yogurt, cold water and oil, sugar, salt and cereals is stirred in. Stand 10 minutes.
Add the flour-dough mix together oil added and kneaded until it is smooth and supple. The dough is set to forhævning in 10 minutes.
The air is turned off and the portion is divided into approximately 35 paragraphs, which is moulded round. Put on greased baking sheets or buns baking paper. Be made after withdrawal in a warm place covered with a piece of plastic in approximately 35-45 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven 12-15 minutes at 240 degrees C alm. oven (hot air oven 200 grade C).
Tips:
Requested a bun with more fullness can add extra sunflower seeds, nuts, raisins or similar.
The dough must not be too fast.
