Instructions for Mushroom lasagna

To prepare the Mushroom lasagna recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a heavy Saute pan heat, but without Brown the. Saute the mushrooms into quarters and minced onion in 3 min.

RAM pressure from the spinach. Turn it into mushroom mixture together with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Part mushroom mixture into three portionon.

Put only one portion of mushroom mixture in a greased ovenproof dish. Pour approximately 1 1/2 dl mornay sauce over. Cover with half the lasagna the plates. Continue in that order--end with the rest of the mornay sauce.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the middle of the oven for 35 min at 200 degrees c. alm. oven. Let stand on the kitchen counter for about 10 min before serving.
