Instructions for Mung bean dessert
To prepare the Mung bean dessert recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the mung beans into a pan and cover with a layer of water of 4 cm. Boil and cook for 30-35 minutes by medium heat until the beans are completely tender.
Dip the beans carefully, put them in a bowl and mash them well. Add coconut and egg yolk and mix it all to a solid dough. Distribute the dough into walnut-sized balls and shape them in egg yolk.
Bring sugar and water in a saucepan and warm slowly while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Turn down the flare. Carefully lower 1-2 buns at a time into the sugar layer and cook them gently for 2-3 minutes. Take them up with a clove and put them on a serving dish. When all the mung beans are boiled, slightly sugar sliced over them on the serving dish.
The dessert must be cold before serving.
