Ingredients for Moussaka with potatoes

1-2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | dl | Minced parsley |

5 | dl | Mornay sauce |
600 | g | Minced beef |
700 | g | Potatoes |
Instructions for Moussaka with potatoes
To prepare the Moussaka with potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and dry them. Heat the oil and shake the potatoes here approx. 10 min. Put the half-baked potatoes at the bottom of an oil-fried ovenproof dish.
Arrow and chop onions. Heat the oil and season the onion and meat. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and simmer 8-10 minutes. Bring the meat mixture over the potatoes and cover with mornay sauce, sprinkle grated cheese over.
Place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 40 minutes. Until the right is hot and the surface is golden.
Server with bread or flüte.
