Instructions for Morocco cigars
To prepare the Morocco cigars recipe, please follow these instructions:
Oven preheated to 150 degrees C.
Filling: saute the køg soaked in olive oil. Add the beef or lamb and mas it out with a fork. Add the spices. FRY it while stirring with a wooden spoon for 10 minutes, or to the meat is done and without lumps. Add the parsley.
Beat the eggs lightly together and pour them over the meat. Cook, stirring in 1-2 min. it gets a creamy texture.
Add if necessary. more spices, and let the filling cool.
Cut all filopladerne in 3 equal-sized squares. Place them over each other and cover with a damp Tea towel.
A piece of filo brushed lightly with melted butter.
Put a teaspoon of the filling along one of the short edges. Fold the edge and sides together on the filling and roll it like a cigar. Repeat this with the rest of the filodejen.
Put cigarerne side-by-side on a greased baking sheet. They brushed with melted butter and bake in 25-30 mine, until golden.
Served warm.

Preparation time: 40 min. Frying/baking time: 25-30 min. 20 persons ca. Perfect as a small appetizer with a delicious dip for, or to a reception.
