Instructions for Moroccan carrot salad

To prepare the Moroccan carrot salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the carrots & cut them into long thin strips. This is done most easily with a potato peeler with rocker tinge. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, garlic & season with cinnamon and Cayenne.

Marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Tips:
It fits really well to dishes with chicken or lamb.
