Red currant jelly
Salt

2tspDijon mustard
2tbspUnsalted butter
4slicesWhite sandwich bread
5tbspMilk
85gEmmenthalost in thin slices
85gTurkey cold cuts (thinly sliced)
85gHam cold cuts (thinly sliced)

Instructions for Monte Cristo Sandwich

To prepare the Monte Cristo Sandwich recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg, milk, salt and pepper together in a deep plate.

Grease 2 slices of bread with 1 teaspoon of mustard on each slice. Share ham and turkey between them. Place half of each cheese on the meat. Place the last 2 pieces of bread on top of the cheeses. Tap sandwiches.

Melt butter in a large pan on medium heat until it is foamed. Put sandwiches into the egg mixture, 1 sandwich in the hallway. Flip to cover both sits of each sandwich with the mixture.

Put each sandwich into the forehead just after it has been dipped.

Step 4-5 minutes on one side, flip sandwiches and step 4-5 minutes more.

Put them on the plates, sprinkle with flour, and serve with ribs.
