Ingredients for Monte Carlo salad

1tbspPineapple juice
1tspLemon juice
150gKrebsekød (from canned)
2.5dlWater
20gButter
3tbspRice (ca. 45 g)
4Sliced unsweetened pineapple (from canned)
50gAlmond pulp
50gMayonnaise
8Lettuce leaves

Instructions for Monte Carlo salad

To prepare the Monte Carlo salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook rice approx. 15 minutes in salted water. Pour them in a sieve, shower cold water over and let them drain.

Peel the Apple and cut it into cubes. Let the pineapple slices drain and slice into 1 cm large pieces. Let the meat drain crayfish and pick it apart. Saute almonds in butter in a frying pan. Mix everything in a bowl.

Dressing: Stir mayonnaisen with pineapple juice and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour dressing over the salad and let it pull approx. 10 minutes.

Rinse the lettuce leaves and put them in the bottom of a salad bowl. Serve the salad and garnish with a sprig of dill.
