Instructions for Mokkais with romrosiner
To prepare the Mokkais with romrosiner recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, cocoa and coffee powder well. Whip cream in fraichen. Whip the cream stiff and turn it into egg mixture. Garnish: snap off the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a pan together with cardamom and butter. Pour isblandingen in a round shape at ca. 1 ½ l. Dripping chocolate icing over and drag a fork through the ice so that it becomes marbled. Put the ice in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Let the ice cream stand at the kitchen table at least 15 min. before it flips out on a platter, so will be the more easily cut. Soak the raisins in the rum for a couple of hours. Cut the peel of oranges, so the white membrane accompanies. cut the oranges in so thinly sliced as possible. Loosen the ice along the edge and turn it out onto a plate. Garnish with raisins and orange slices.
