Rinse the choy cabbage thoroughly and cut both leaves and stems in pieces of 5 cm. Peel the carrots and cut into thin coins. Nip the beans and cut them into pieces of 5 cm. Heat the oil in a wok or large saute pan. Add garlic and rose for 30 seconds. Then add the bok choy, carrots and beans and light it for 3 minutes.
