To prepare the Mini French recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is spread out in the lukewarm milk. The remaining ingredients are thrown in. The dough is well-kneaded and set for double-size raising a loose place for approx. 30 mints.
The dough is thrown down and divided into the desired amount (the more pieces, the smaller the size). Each piece is shaped into a sausage of approx. 12 cm. Replies to plate for approx. 20 minutes. Scratch with a cabinet knife and brush with eggs.
Baking time: About 15 minutes at high heat (225 degrees)
