Instructions for Mexican Burritos
To prepare the Mexican Burritos recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Finch onion, pepper, squash, tomato and chili. Put onion and beef in a pan or wok. When the beef is fried, mix the burritos spice mix in and afterwards the other vegetables. After 2 min. Mix corn, beans and cumin with the meat and vegetables, while pouring a small amount of water. Then boil the mixture and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Make the guacamole while mixing guacamole mix with two mustard avocados and 1 dl. Creme fraise in a small bowl.
When the meat mixture is ready, the guacamole is poured onto the burritos, the meat is poured and the burritos rolled and folded together at one end. Then put them in an ovenproof dish and put into the oven for 15 minutes. At 180 degrees. Then burst the burritos with grated cheese and put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Served with jalapenos, cremefraise and salsa on the side of the plate.
