Ingredients for Mette's Tunmousse

2 | Boiled eggs | |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | dl | Average salad/Chinese cabbage |
200 | g | Mayonaise |
5 | bundle | Isinglass |
Instructions for Mette's Tunmousse
To prepare the Mette's Tunmousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the wine from the tuna and whip it lightly.
Mayonnaise is mixed in.
The cream is whipped to foam and turned in.
Season with salt and pepper, mustard and lemon.
Soaked house blast in cold water and melt over water bath.
Allow it to warm up before it is stirred in a thin beam.
The eggs are chopped well and mixed in, along with the salad.
Set cold until it is stiffened. Laves the day before it gets really good.
Decorate with shrimp, parsley, tomato, boiled egg, caviar and asparagus.
Served with flutes.
tips:
If you like, you can also put caviar and chives in. Have fun.
